About Todd

Trust is earned. I’ve spent my career earning it.

For more than 25 years, my job was helping people make big, complicated decisions with confidence. Today I do it for the decision that matters most — your home.

01 A career built on trust

I spent more than two decades in technology sales — at Sprint, UUNET, Juniper Networks, Radware and Verifone — helping some of the country’s largest organizations make high-stakes, multimillion-dollar decisions. The deals were complex: multi-year contracts, legal and procurement teams, and a room full of people with different priorities.

But the work always came down to something simple. Listen carefully. Understand what the client truly needs. Tell the truth, even when it’s inconvenient. Then do exactly what you said you would. That’s how I came to be trusted with relationships worth more than $200 million a year — and it’s how relationships come to last.

The job was never really about technology. It was about people trusting me to have their back.

02 Rooted in Chester County

Chester County isn’t just where I work — it’s home. I live in Chester Springs, and my family owns and runs local businesses here. I’ve seen up close what it takes to build something from the ground up, serve a community, and earn customers one conversation at a time.

I’m also the person who takes care of my own house. Most of the maintenance and upkeep — inside and out — is mine. So when we walk through a home together, I’m looking past the fresh paint at what really matters: the age of the systems, the condition of the structure, and the small signs that turn into big expenses after closing.

03 Why real estate, and why now

After years of helping companies buy and sell, I wanted my work closer to home — literally. Real estate brings together everything I do best and enjoy most: building relationships, solving problems, negotiating hard on someone’s behalf, and building my own business in a market that never stands still.

Most of all, it means helping people with one of the most personal decisions of their lives. Not a line item on a corporate budget — your home, your family, your future. That’s work worth doing well.

An honest word

New to real estate. Not new to earning your trust.

I’ll be straightforward: I’m newly licensed. What I’m not new to is reading complex contracts, negotiating with sophisticated counterparts, keeping dozens of moving pieces on schedule, and putting the client first.

You also get something a busy veteran agent can’t always offer: my full attention, fresh ideas, and real hunger to earn your business — backed by the resources of RE/MAX Action Associates.

What my background means for you

Twenty-five years of preparation, put to work for you.

  • Discovery before solutions

    I listen first

In enterprise sales, the first meeting is all questions. Same here: we start with your goals, your timing and your life — not with listings.

  • Multi-year contracts

    I read every line

I spent decades inside complex agreements with legal and procurement teams. Your agreement of sale gets that same careful scrutiny.

  • Fortune 500 negotiations

    I negotiate with a plan

I’ve sat across the table from some of the toughest buyers in business. I prepare, I know where the leverage is, and I stay calm when it counts.

  • Complex deal management

    I solve problems early

Deals rarely fall apart over one big issue — they unravel from small ones nobody saw coming. I look for them early and keep every deadline on track.

  • Hands-on homeowner

I see the house, not the staging

I handle most of the upkeep on my own home. On a showing, I’m looking at the mechanicals, the roofline, the drainage and the signs of deferred maintenance.

  • A career in technology

I put modern tools to work

Data-driven pricing, instant listing alerts, digital signatures and clear dashboards — technology that makes your move faster and more transparent.

My promise to you

Your agent, in every sense of the word.

As your agent, I owe you more than good service. These are the duties I take on the moment we start working together.

  1. 01

    Loyalty

Your interests come before mine. Always.

  2. 02

    Confidentiality

Your finances, motivations and strategy stay private.

  3. 03

    Full disclosure

If I learn something that affects your decision, you’ll know it too.

  4. 04

    Your call

I advise; you decide. Then I carry out your instructions.

  5. 05

    Diligence

Reasonable care on every detail, document and deadline.

  6. 06

    Accountability

Every dollar and every document handled transparently.

Who I work with

Every client. Every corner of the county.

No transaction is too small and no town is too far. From a first condo in Exton to a farmhouse in the northern townships, you get the same preparation, care and commitment.
