The feel

Malvern borough is small and friendly — older homes on tree-lined streets, a compact main street and a strong sense of community. Surrounding East Whiteland, Willistown and Charlestown add larger lots and newer communities.

Its location is the selling point: Route 202, Route 29 and the Turnpike are close, and the Great Valley business corridor is minutes away.
